On 25 May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force within the EU and the EEA. It replaces the existing legislation of the various countries regarding personal data. The purpose of the GDPR is to strengthen the rights of the individual and impose uniform requirements on all companies within the EU and the EEA.
The term “personal data”, which is used in this personal data policy, refers to all information about you that can be used to personally identify you, e.g. your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or other personal information provided to Ellen.
Ellen processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General data protection regulation) and the national legislation on personal data that implements the directive.
We will not store personal information beyond what is legally permitted and necessary for these purposes. Some information may be stored longer if needed in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act or the Accounting Act.
You have the right to know what personal information we have about you. You can contact Ellen to see what personal information is registered. At your request, Ellen will correct or delete incomplete, incorrect or outdated personal information.
You can also revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, please contact us and we will delete your data.
