General terms and conditions
Each price refers to Swedish kronor and includes VAT. We reserve the right for typographical errors such as prices, product information, specification or other errors on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct these retroactively. We also reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders and reserve any final sale. To complete a purchase on ellen.se, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, the guardian’s consent is required according to Föräldrabalken. By placing an order on ellen.se, you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.
Our payment solutions are offered in collaboration with Klarna. You are offered to pay by direct payment, credit card, swish or invoice. The invoice expires in 30 days and you will receive the invoice directly from Klarna. In the event of late or non-appearance of payment, a reminder fee is added. Promotions & offers
We do not credit a discount or other offer afterwards in the event of a campaign or missed discount code.
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered e-mail address. Make it a habit to always check your order confirmation and save it as a receipt to have at hand in case of any contact with us.
Shipping & delivery
We offer delivery via Postnord. At checkout you can choose which delivery option suits you best. There you also see the estimated delivery time. Please note that the delivery time may be affected during, for example, high pressure periods such as Christmas.
If your order is delivered by Postnord, the postal service will hold your parcel for 7 days for you to pick up. If you do not collect your parcel, you will be charged a shipping fee, a return shipping fee and handling fees, currently amounting to SEK 195 incl. VAT.
As a customer, you have 14 days right to cancel and receive a refund. The right-to-cancel period starts from the day you receive the item. To invoke the right of withdrawal, the item must be unbroken in its original packaging. The cost of the item will be refunded, however, the customer pays the cost of returning the item.
If you want to return an item, contact Ellen’s customer service at email@example.com and state your full name, order number and which items are to be returned. Thereafter, the following applies:
1. We send you a return order form, which must be returned together with the item(s).
2. Package the item(s) carefully to avoid damage in transit and send the parcel to us, together with the return order form. The address is: Ellen AB, Barnhusgatan 4 ög bv, 111 23 Stockholm, SWEDEN.
3. After a complaint/cancellation has been approved, we will refund the amount of your order to the card you used for payment within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item(s).
For invoice payments, return the goods to us in the same way and log on to “My Klarna”. Klarna will then manage your refund.
In order for Ellen to best deal with a product that you consider to be faulty and for you to be able to maintain your rights under the law, you must notify us of the complaint within a reasonable time after you discover it. In the event of a complaint, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter the order number and as detailed a description as possible of the possible error. If an item is incorrect or wrongly shipped, Ellen pays the return shipping.
Data protection regulation
We process all personal data provided in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation. When you register as a user with Ellen you agree that your personal data and the product purchases you make on ellen.se are saved and processed. The purpose of registration is to enable us to provide you with a high level of service and ensure that you receive the correct goods. We guarantee that no information about you is sold or used for advertising by third parties, but only used internally. Customized mailings in the form of member letters and the like may occur.
These terms and conditions and agreements between yourself and Ellen are subject to Swedish substantive law. Any disputes will be resolved by a Swedish court of law. Ellen AB (“Ellen”) is a Swedish listed corporated company with corporate identification number 556419-2663.
If you have experienced a problem with a product that you bought from the Ellen’s webshop, and if you have not been able to settle the dispute directly with Ellen, you can file a complaint with the EU Online platform for disputes (the ODR-platform).
The platform aims to help businesses and consumers to reach an out-of-court settlement regarding disputes about merchandise bought online. The platform is free of charge and is available in all EU languages. You can find the platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
